Dr. Hadas Peled is a lecturer, researcher, and advocate. She currently teaches at both the Executive MBA Program and the Multidisciplinary (Liberal Arts) Program of Bar-Ilan University as well as the Asian Department at Haifa University. Her courses cover various topics, including the Israeli Legal System, Chinese commercial law, and Global Management and Innovation.
Dr. Peled’s research interests are commercial law, the future of international economic law, and globalization. She has contributed her scholarship to leading international scholarly publications and has served as the co-editor-in-chief of the Tsinghua China Law Review. Drawing on her scholarship and experiences from being an advocate in private law firms and in the public sector in Israel, Dr. Peled advises local and multinational firms on legal issues pertaining to commercial, infrastructure, and technology law.
Dr. Peled holds a Ph.D. and LL.M. from Tsinghua University, Beijing, and an LL.B. from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
