Straton Papagianneas

Straton Papagianneas is a Ph.D. candidate at the Leiden Institute for Area Studies, Leiden University. He studied international law at Wuhan University. He obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Economic Diplomacy at the Brussels Diplomatic Academy and received his M.A. and B.A. in Chinese Studies from the University of Heidelberg and University of Leuven, respectively. He is strongly interested in the socio-legal study of Chinese law, Chinese legal and judicial reforms, criminal justice, and automation of judicial practice, as well as the relationship of these topics to fairness, procedural justice, and broader social developments.

秦正（Straton Papagianneas） 是莱顿大学莱顿地区研究所的博士生。此前，他在武汉大学学习国际法。他在布鲁塞尔外交学院 （Brussels Diplomatic Academy） 获得了经济外交研究生证书，并获取分别由海德堡大学 （University of Heidelberg） 和鲁汶大学 （University of Leuven） 所颁发的中国研究硕士和学士学位。他对中国法律的社会法律研究、中国法律和司法改革、刑事司法和司法实践自动化，以及这些主题与公平、程序正义和更广泛的社会发展的关系有着浓厚的兴趣。
